Most transactions complete within 30 minutes. If your transaction is still processing after 2 hours, please contact us via email with your Transaction ID (#100XXX). We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
You can update your withdrawal method in the app anytime via Profile → Withdrawal Method. However, if a transaction was already submitted with old details, contact support immediately — we may be able to cancel it before payout.
Transactions may be rejected if the on-chain transfer fails or there's a compliance concern. In such cases, your crypto will be returned to your World App wallet. Check the status in your transaction history.
Currently we only support Worldcoin (WLD) and USD Coin (USDC) on the World Chain. We may add more tokens in the future based on demand.
NowINR is available 24/7. However, bank payouts may take longer outside standard banking hours (9 AM – 6 PM IST on business days). UPI payouts are instant at all times.
